Times: Depending on the event(s) that you choose the check-in and vending times are different. However, your booth must be open at all times while the event is open.
Location: Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum located at 71 Asylum Drive, Weston, WV 26452. We are just 3 miles off Interstate I-79 headed west on Rt. 33. The site is National Historic Landmark and is absolutely incredible, we're sure you'll love it too!
Attendance: Our events and tours brought close to 25,000 people to Lewis County in 2009. That makes 40,000 visitors since opening in March of 2008.
Correspondence: All vendor correspondence will be conducted via email when possible, with the exception of official acceptance/denial letters. Please be sure to check your email regularly prior to the event for any notices or changes posted, as well as load-in time scheduling.
Products: We wish to offer a quality mix of food, services, and goods.
All products must be listed on your application and approved. Vendors may not sell any item with the TALA logo(s) without the express written consent of the owners. Additionally, you may not sell any item with the name or image of any act playing the festivals, without express written consent of said artist.
Your booth/display must have: Displays secured against wind/weather.
Vending Fee Includes:
Space: Non-Food: 10' x 10' | Food: 10’ (wide) x 15’ (deep)
If you require more space than this, you must notify us in advance and fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Passes: Non-Food: 2 weekend passes, 1 car pass | Food: 4 weekend passes, 2 car passes. If you have additional employees you will be able to purchase extra weekend or day passes from us at check in.
Electric: Generators are allowed. Please contact us if you need to hook up to our electric.
Water: Limited water is available.
Camping: Some events over free primitive accommodations are available for vendors. RV connections are not available, but RV spaces are available & must be arranged with vendor coordinator at time of arrival. All spots are first come, first serve.
Vendors will be required to sign a release of liability waiver upon checking in. No vendor will be allowed to set up until waiver is signed.
